Sedgeford Hall

Sedgeford Hall, a perfect country retreat, is reputed to be Norfolk’s best example of Queen Anne architecture. It sits in rural splendour surrounded by the twelve hundred acres of farmland, woods and parkland of the Sedgeford Hall Estate.

Four beautifully refurbished and maintained holiday cottages are available, each with its own private garden. The smallest cottage sleeps six and some can accommodate sixteen guests – ideal for large family gatherings and celebrations in this unique setting.

The fine park and woodlands of the estate can be explored at will and maps are provided for some of the many trails. Red deer graze on the parkland and a large lake teems with an abundance of wild life. During their stay, guests can also enjoy the added luxury of a large heated indoor swimming pool.

Royal Sandringham adjoins the Sedgeford Estate and is one of many attractions in the area including the Norfolk Lavender Company and historic Holkham Hall.

Just five miles away, the Blue Flag resort of Hunstanton has plenty of traditional seaside charm. From here the rest of the celebrated North Norfolk Coast is easily accessible, from bustling Cromer with its historic pier and famous crab, to more tranquil spots including the spectacular sandy beach at Holkham, featured in the closing scenes of the film ‘Shakespeare in Love’, and the seals at Blakeney Point.
