Elm Farm Country House

Built in 1604, Elm Farm Country House provides Bed and Breakfast accommodation in former stables and dairies. Beamed ceilings and flint walls retain the farmhouse character, as do the animals, including two black swans wandering the peaceful grounds, which feature a duck pond, a secluded ‘Garden of Eden’ and 400-year-old flint walls.

The dining room offers hearty, home-cooked fare, and there is a lively social calendar with activities such as fishing trips and outdoor music festivals.

Horsham St Faith is an attractive village with a rich history, some of which can be explored at the grade I-listed parish church and the City of Norwich Aviation Museum.

The historic city centre of Norwich is a short drive and offers a wealth of architectural and cultural gems, including two cathedrals and a Norman castle. The city is also highly-regarded for its retail therapy.

Several Norfolk attractions are within easy reach, including the celebrated Norfolk Broads, a fine range of golf courses and the unspoilt sandy beaches and nature reserves of the North Norfolk Heritage Coast.
