Paddock House

Paddock House was built in 2006 and offers four comfortable rooms which are individually designed and decorated with stylish modern colour schemes and furnishings.

The house benefits from environmentally friendly features such as a ground source heat pump and a heat recovery air exchange system – great for anyone with asthma or allergies. The locally sourced breakfast ingredients include free range eggs from the owners’ hens.

Paddock House is in the peaceful village of Great Dunham, an ideal location for visitors wishing to explore the Breckland area of Norfolk. The historic village of Castle Acre is just four miles away and the market town of Swaffham just a few miles further.

Other local attractions include Royal Sandringham and Holkham and Oxburgh Halls, and the Pensthorpe Nature Reserve, home of the BBC’s Springwatch. Both the beautiful North Norfolk Coast and the cathedral city of Norwich are under an hour’s drive
