Huntersmoon Bed and Breakfast

Just a mile from the centre of North Walsham, Huntersmoon provides private Bed and Breakfast accommodation. Both the bedroom and the lounge-room have doors leading onto to the delightful patio with views over the gardens.

The accommodation is tastefully decorated and embellished with modern luxuries. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, TV and a DVD player, while a selection of breakfasts are made from local produce and the accommodation’s own free-range eggs.

Huntersmoon Bed and Breakfast is located directly on the Weavers’ Way, a 56-mile footpath running from Cromer to Great Yarmouth, which at various points connects with the North Norfolk Coast Path and the Angles Way.

The name Weavers’ Way is taken from the Flemish weaving industry, through which North Walsham became wealthy, a prosperity which produced one of the UK’s largest parish churches. Its ruined tower is a landmark in a bustling town of side streets and yards with a range of shops, pubs and cafes.

Nearby Bacton Woods offers marked hiking trails in 280 acres of ancient woodland. Coastal villages Bacton, where seals can often be seen, and Mundesley, with Blue Flag-winning beaches, are within six miles.

The magnificent Norfolk Broads begin only a few miles south, while the North Norfolk Heritage Coast, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, is a short trip north. The cathedral city of Norwich is a forty-minute drive.
