The Three Horseshoes
In a historic former coaching inn on the outskirts of the village, The Three Horseshoes provides comfortable Bed and Breakfast accommodation.
Rooms retain the original and quirky character of the inn, while adding high standards of decoration and some modern luxuries such as king-size beds and 32” flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.
The pub itself offers a lively events and music calendar and range of traditional pub grub based on North Norfolk’s fine produce – Cromer crab, Morston mussels and Briston beef – all washed down with some fine traditional cask ales. Delicious jams and chutneys are homemade by the owners.
Briston is a tranquil village in the heart of North Norfolk. Nearby is Melton Constable, where the Hall is a fine specimen of the Christopher Wren style and the park was designed by Capability Brown. Within five miles, Holt is an attractive Georgian market town with numerous antique stores, galleries, boutiques and bistros.
The North Norfolk Heritage Coast, a designated area of outstanding natural beauty, is easily accessible, with nature reserves, charming villages, basking seals and salt marshes all within a short journey.
